Access

The hall is easily accessible for unloading and loading equipment and food.
No stairs. No ramps.

Patio

The use of a beautiful large trellised patio is included.

Kitchen

The 200 square foot kitchen includes a commercial range, ample counter
space and a three tub sink.

Security

For the safety and security of your guests a security guard is provided.

Tables and Chairs

Tables and chairs are set up prior to your party. You have the choice
of round or rectangular tables.

Maximum Occupancy

Up to 200 guests may be accommodated (limited by county regulations).

Fee

The rental fee of $2,000 must be paid in full 30 days before the event date.
This does not include the reservation/security deposit.

Reservation Deposit

A deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation.

Security Depost

Your reservation deposit serves as a security deposit and will be returned
within 14 days after the event. The deposit will not be returned if the number
of guest exceeds 200 or the facility is damaged.

Containers

For safety reasons beverages, excluding wine, must be in plastic containers or cans.

Hours

Your space is available from 1:00 p.m. Saturday until midnight.
Liquor may not be served after 11:45 p.m.

Decorating and Rehearsal

When there is no prior obligation the space is available for decorating and
rehearsal on days other than the event date at $75 per hour. This must
be paid in advance.
